About Us

David Bruey Associates LLC was organized in the State of Wisconsin in January 2002.  David formed this limited liability company to pursue more broadly his fundamental purpose of human development in the especially fertile context of international education.

David had been consulting on a necessarily small scale for many years prior to 2002 while serving as director of the Office of Campus International Programs at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He joined Marquette as an administrator in 1971 with the intention to establish an international office.  That office opened in 1975 with David as director and with one secretary.  During the next thirty years of development, operations grew to require eight full-time positions plus the equivalent of three full-time positions in student employment.  International enrollments grew to over 600 students per year from more than eighty countries. 

David retired in 2007 and thus gained more time to expand his LLC consulting work.  To accomplish some projects, David involves other specialists as Associates according to their particular abilities.  If your project is sufficiently large, complex, or distant to benefit from additional personnel, David can engage Associates with your approval or can suggest personnel that you may want to hire directly.

David is the presenter of the workshop on international student recruitment and admissions, and he is the sole or the central coordinating provider of the other services described on this website.   You can learn more about him if desired and are welcome to contact him with any questions about the LLC.
